Sexto Continente provides luxury travel advisory and concierge services, including but not limited to:

• Hotel and accommodation bookings

• 24/7 travel support

Booking and Payment Terms

Deposit Requirements

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank wire transfers
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Digital payment platforms

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Service Fees

Our service fees are calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost and are clearly outlined in your proposal. These fees cover:

• Travel consultation and planning
• Coordination with partners and suppliers
• 24/7 emergency support
• Quality assurance and vetting

Client Responsibilities

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents for their destinations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for meeting any health requirements (vaccinations, medical conditions) for their chosen destinations.

Limitation of Liability

Sexto Continente acts as an intermediary between clients and various travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Travel document issues or entry denials
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial losses

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sexto Continente and protected by intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
